How to lighten the skin naturally and safely

Has a white face is a dream of most people, both parents and youth. Not a few people who spend millions of dollars to obtain a white face. Actually, how does a way to get white and shining face? I divide it into 2 categories:

• Using facial creams, both morning and evening

1. Avocado

3. Milk and Yoghurt
